BASE
TALENT ID SQUAD
Our highest performing players will be selected for our TALENT ID SQUAD to showcase their footballing ability against professional category 2/3 academies.
Players will receive a personal strength & conditioning programme, nutritional support & guidance alongside recovery & preventing injuries sessions to ensure they are performing to their maximum.
Players within our TALENT ID SQUAD will also have the option to train and play for our partner club AVDFC 1st team giving them access to play senior semi professional football and compete in the prestigious FA Cup.
BASE
PERFORMANCE SQUAD
Our U19 NATIONAL LEAGUE SQUAD will play under the name of our partner club Aylesbury Vale Dynamos FC, playing home fixtures at Haywood Way.
Players selected for this squad will play fixtures against step 5 and above semi professional clubs such as Hemel, St Albans, Wealdstone, Barnet, Kings Langley. All fixtures take place on the main pitch at the relevant clubs ground.
All games are recorded with players using Playerdata devices to record their physical performance stats.
Players will receive a personal strength & conditioning programme, nutritional support & guidance alongside recovery & preventing injuries sessions to ensure they are performing to their maximum.
Players within our U19 National league squad will have the option to represent AVDFC from the U18 floodlit league team and above. Therefore will receive opportunities to play in the FA Youth & Senior cup should they be at the required level.
BASE
DEVELOPMENT SQUAD
Our DEVELOPMENT SQUAD will compete in the Tactic League & cup in a division that best suits their needs. Players will have the opportunity to progress Into our PERFORMANCE SQUAD.
A great opportunity to learn, compete and develop. Our development squad is great for players who love to play football but do not have aspirations to play at high level.
Our squads get the same access to the technology we use such as Playerdata and VEO match analysis. Player movement across the squads occurs through out the season due to development and returning from injury.
