TRAIN LIKE AN Athlete

Students will participate in select sports each half term, eg, Badminton in Autumn Term.

Alongside each half termly sport, training will consist of strength and conditioning to support injury prevention and aid recovery.

Expected Timetable:

Monday: S&C
Tuesday: Selected Sport
Wednesday: Rest & Recovery
Thursday: Selected Sport, S&C
Friday: Selected Sport, S&C

SUPPORT OUR Teams

Our non football students also have the opportunity to support our sports teams by -

Creating social media content such as videos, photos, filming & analysis.
Lead and run S&C sessions, plan and deliver warm ups, training sessions.

SPOND

Students will receive news on training and events via the app SPOND, so they always know when and where they need to be and what's going on.

MASTERCLASS SPORTS TOURS

Each year our students will have the opportunity to visit Europe to play and train in countries such as Holland, Spain, Germany, Italy, Malta.

YOUTH SPORTS NUTRITION

Students will have access and discount to YSN products and guidance to support their pre and post training & matchday needs.
