When you enrol onto a Bucks Sport Academy/Bucks Sport Academy Development course we will keep your data for a maximum of three years.

Where we need to collect personal data by law or under the terms of enrolling we have with you and you fail to provide the data when requested, we may not be able to allow you or your child’s participation in your chosen course (for example, to provide you with services).
